1.Scope
This policy covers information processed when you visit our website, use the investor dashboard, submit the contact form, connect a self-custodial wallet, or use the third-party fiat on-ramp offered on the site. It does not cover third-party services, which are governed by their own policies (see Section 5).
2.Information we collect
- Contact form data — name, email, phone number, country, investor type and message, when you voluntarily submit our contact form.
- Public blockchain data — the wallet address you connect and on-chain transactions are public by nature of the BNB Smart Chain. We do not collect your private keys, seed phrase or funds, and never will.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring URLs, collected via analytics and anti-abuse tools.
- Cookies & similar — see Section 6.
We do not collect government IDs, payment card numbers or banking data on this website. Any identity verification or card payment required for the fiat on-ramp is handled entirely by the third-party provider (see Section 5).
3.How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide requested information about the project.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and dashboard.
- To prevent spam, fraud and abuse (e.g., Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limiting).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Legal bases (where GDPR applies): your consent, our legitimate interests in running a secure service, and compliance with legal obligations.
4.How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site (see Section 5), and where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
5.Third-party services
The following independent providers may process data when you use related features. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Transak — fiat on-ramp (buying crypto with card/bank). When you use the "Card Gateway", Transak collects and verifies your payment and identity information directly; we never receive your card or ID data.
- Wallet providers — MetaMask and WalletConnect, when you connect a wallet.
- Cloudflare — hosting, security (Turnstile anti-bot) and content delivery.
- Google Analytics / Tag Manager — aggregated usage analytics.
- Email delivery — to send responses to contact-form submissions.
6.Cookies & tracking
We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries for language preference, analytics and security. We do not store passwords, financial history or administrative credentials in your browser. You can block cookies via your browser settings; some features may then not work.
7.Data retention
We keep contact-form data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it. Public blockchain data is permanent and outside our control.
8.Security
We apply industry-standard measures — HTTPS/HSTS, a strict content-security posture, anti-bot verification, server-side validation and least-privilege access. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and continuously improve our controls.
9.International transfers
We and our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10.Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise them, email support@valletoken.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
11.Children
The website and token are not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12.Eligibility & restricted jurisdictions
The presale is not offered to persons located in, or citizens/residents of, the United States of America, Brazil (presale), or any country/region under comprehensive OFAC sanctions. See our Terms of Service for details.
13.Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version; material changes will be posted on this page.
